• When assembling the furniture, open the windows to ensure good ventilation in the room. After setting up the furniture, ventilate the room from time to time.
• When tightening screws and bolts, if you apply too much force, the wood fibers may be crushed, causing the screw or bolt to spin freely. Also, please be careful not to screw in the screws at an angle when tightening them, as this may cause the material to crack.
• Temporarily tighten the bolts while aligning them in place.
  Make sure all the bolts are in the correct position and then tighten them securely.
• Please lay down an unnecessary rug before assembling the product. This may cause damage to the floor.
• Since natural wood is used, there may be slight variations in color and knots.
• As this product is made from natural rush grass, there may be some variation in color and size. Also, color may fade or transfer due to friction.
• Do not use in direct sunlight or near fire or heating appliances as this may cause discoloration, deformation, damage, or fire.
• If you place something containing moisture or coloring directly on the product and leave it for a long time, it may transfer color or soak into the product and become impossible to remove. Please note that it may also cause mold to grow.
• Please avoid placing excessive weight or objects on the seat or one leg. Do not stand on the seat or use it as a stepping stool. This may result in falling, damage, injury, or accidents.
• Regularly check that the screws and bolts are not loose, and retighten any that are loose. Using the product while it is loose may result in damage, injury, or an accident.

■ Maintenance and inspection

• Check screws, round bars, chucks, mounting hardware, etc. from time to time to make sure they are not loose. If they start to loosen, tighten them firmly before use. If you continue to use the furniture while they are loose, it may break and cause injury.
• When moving furniture, check the fasteners and retighten them if they are loose. If the fasteners are very dirty, remove them with a diluted neutral detergent and wipe them off with a dry cloth.
• Do not use thinners, gasoline, etc. as they will damage the surface.
• Keep the furniture out of direct sunlight, heat, or strong winds from air conditioning or heating, as these may cause the furniture to warp or discolor.
• If you find insect infestations, immediately carry out insecticidal or insect-proofing treatments. It is possible that insects have entered from elsewhere, and if left unattended, the infestation may spread.
• Do not modify the device or use it in any way. Doing so may result in injury due to damage. If you need to have it repaired, please contact your retailer.
  
  

■ About product disposal

• In order to protect the global environment, please do not dispose of these items illegally. Please follow the instructions of your local government when disposing of these items.

We will only exchange the product for a new one if it is defective upon receipt . Please note that the following points are due to the characteristics of rush products and do not mean the product is defective.

Characteristics of rush products

• Due to the characteristics of natural materials, some of the rush may be cut and sticking out.
• Due to individual differences in rush leaves, partial discoloration or uneven coloring may be observed.
• The color may be white or discolored near the edges and seams, but this is due to the natural properties of the rush grass.
• The natural scent may be strong at times but will fade over time.
