Normally, if the item is in stock, it will be shipped within 1-2 business days , excluding weekends and holidays.
However, if there is a delay in delivery due to stock shortage, etc., we will contact you separately.
Same-day shipping orders are accepted until 12:00 noon on weekdays.
Please note that orders placed after 12:00 on weekdays will be shipped on the next business day.
We cannot accept requests to specify a shipping company. We will inform you of the shipping company and tracking number in the shipping completion email.

Exchanges, returns and cancellations
Regarding exchanges and cancellations after ordering and before shipping
You can cancel your order up until 12:00 on the day the item is shipped.
Cancellations cannot be accepted after 12:00 on the day of shipment.
Please double check the size, color, quantity, etc. before placing your order.
If you change or exchange an ordered item, or change the delivery address, additional shipping time may be required.
Regarding exchanges and returns after product shipment
For unopened products, we will only accept cancellations if you are willing to pay the cancellation fee (shipping fee at the time of shipment, shipping fee, and shipping fee at the time of return). We cannot accept products that have been opened. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we ask for your understanding in advance.
If the return is due to customer's convenience, we will not collect the item.
In case of a defective product
We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but if you encounter any problems, please contact us.
If the reason is due to our company, such as a shipping error or a defective product, we will handle the return or exchange at our expense.
If there is a defect in the product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Regarding initial defects
We will only exchange the product for a new one if it is defective upon receipt . Please note that the following points are due to the characteristics of rush products and do not mean the product is defective.
Characteristics of rush products
- Due to the characteristics of natural materials, some of the rush may be cut and sticking out.
- Due to individual differences in rush leaves, partial discoloration or uneven coloring may be observed.
- The color may be white or discolored near the edges and seams, but this is due to the natural properties of the rush grass.
- The natural scent may be strong at times but will fade over time.
