■Shipping Fees

In addition to the product price, shipping fees and bank transfer fees may apply.
Bank transfer fees must be borne by the customer.
All prices include consumption tax (displayed as tax-included).

【Shipping Charges】

Shipping fees vary depending on region and package size.
The following prices are per package (tax included):

Mainland Japan (excluding Okinawa, Hokkaido, and remote islands):

  • Mail size: ¥297

  • Post size: ¥440

  • Size 80: ¥990

  • Size 160: ¥1,320

  • Size 180: ¥2,530

  • Size 200: ¥3,190

Hokkaido:

  • Mail size: ¥297

  • Post size: ¥440

  • Size 80: ¥1,518

  • Size 160: ¥2,332

  • Size 180: ¥3,223

  • Size 200: ¥3,883

Okinawa:

  • Mail size: ¥297

  • Post size: ¥440

  • Size 80: ¥1,408

  • Size 160: ¥2,431

  • Size 180: ¥4,730

  • Size 200: ¥5,500

※ For some remote islands and regions, additional relay fees may apply.
※ If additional shipping charges apply, we will update the cost after your order is confirmed and notify you by email.
※ For relay fees to remote islands, we will provide a quote and only proceed with shipping once we receive your confirmation.

■Shipping Schedule

【When the item is in stock】

  • Ships within 1–3 business days from your order.
    (Orders placed on holidays will be processed on the next business day.)
    Example: If ordered on Saturday, the order will be processed on Monday, and shipped within 1–3 business days from then.

【When the item is out of stock or made to order】

  • Shipping will proceed after we confirm your payment (if paying via bank transfer).

  • If delivery is delayed due to stock or order conditions, we will inform you via email.

【For bank transfers or postal transfers (prepayment)】

  • Delayed payment may result in missed delivery deadlines.

  • Shipping will occur within 1–3 business days after confirming payment.
    (Orders placed on holidays will be processed from the next business day.)

■Delivery Date and Time Specification

If you specify a delivery date in advance, we will ship accordingly.
Time slots available:

  • No preference

  • Morning

  • 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

  • 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

  • 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM

※ Please note: delivery may be delayed during long holiday periods such as New Year, Golden Week, etc., depending on the courier.

■Package Storage Period

The courier will hold your package for about one week after shipment.
If you cannot receive it within this period, please contact the shipping company directly (we will provide their information upon shipping).

■For International Shipping

We will notify you of the shipping schedule and other details via email.
