Order Validity
For bank transfers or postal payments (prepayment), please complete payment within 7 days. Orders not paid within this time will be canceled automatically.
Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may ask for photos to confirm the issue. If the defect is confirmed, we will cover the return/exchange shipping cost. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

Returns and Cancellations
