Please check the delivered items immediately to ensure they match your order. If there are any discrepancies, contact us as soon as possible.
■Returns & Exchanges (Return Policy)
We do not accept returns due to customer preferences.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases of initial defects or if the item was incorrect due to our error. Even in such cases, if the item has been opened or used, we may not be able to accept the return.
■Return Conditions

Items must be in their original condition with the box, packaging, tags, etc.

You must contact us within one week of receiving the product.

If returning due to customer reasons, you are responsible for all shipping fees.
(You may use a shipping carrier of your choice.) -
If the item has been opened or used, it cannot be returned for customer reasons.

Note on product scent:
All products may have a natural material scent. If you wish to return the item due to scent or smell concerns, we will accept returns only if the item is unused and returned within one week of delivery, but this will be treated as a customer-initiated return, and shipping fees will apply.
■Return Shipping Costs
If the return is not due to our error, all return shipping and related fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Even for items with free shipping, if returned, you will be charged the actual shipping cost that was incurred during dispatch.
If the product received is incorrect, damaged, or has a quality defect, we will handle the return or exchange at our expense.
However, if an exchange is not possible due to stock availability, we will inform you and offer alternative arrangements, including a refund.
For returns due to customer reasons, you are responsible for all return-related costs, which may differ from the shipping fee shown at the time of order.
If the item is deemed defective, we will cover all return costs.
